Oh Those Golden Oldies

"Hot punk, new funk, even if it's old junk, it's still rock and roll to me."

Here's another thing I have noticed: Whether you know it or not, you probably dig the oldies. However, you're a little lost as to which ones you will like and which ones are, perhaps, a little too old for you. That's why I'm here to help you out. I'm gonna list my favorite Oldies songs. You should definitely check them out on the illegal downloading service of your preference. Anyway, my definition of an oldie is one that was made before around 1972-73. I may go over that mark, but that will purely be by accident. Also, there's not going to be any metal, so you can rule out Zeppelin, Hendrix, Sabbath, and Deep Purple to name a few. Anyway, once you start reading and listening to these songs, you'll get the idea. These songs are especially good if you're having a less than stellar day. I know I've had plenty of those, and I know most of you out there do as well, so I hope this can bring a little bit of happiness to you. Look at me, I'm like Casey Kasem right now..."And now, here comes a golden track from 1962." So here is my list, which isn't listed in any significance, it's just listed as to which songs come to me first (i.e. which ones show up on my Winamp first). Granted, this isn't all of them that were ever made, but it sure should be able to get you started. As a side note, I have to say that making these lists is one of my favorite things to do, so look for more of these to come in the near future:
